Patient Survey September 2011
Your Patient Reference Group met in September 2011 and directed your practice to carry out a patient survey to determine patient satisfaction as regards the opening hours of your surgery. This survey was carried out over a period of 6 weeks and a total of 162 patients were surveyed.
79.62% of patients were very satisfied with only 2 patients showing some degree of dissatisfaction.
95.67% of patients found the current opening hours convenient with only 7 patients not happy.
98.76% of patients described their experience at the surgery as very good or fairly good.
The survey represents an even distribution of sex; age and employment status whilst showing a high percentage of patients did have a long standing health condition which would suggest frequent users of the services.

My experience has been consistently fairly good, however, I was seen by a new doctor recently (Dr Emmett GP Registrar) and she has exceeded this and she was very helpful and a great doctor. Reception are always polite and helpful too.
