All new patients wishing to register will need to attend a health check with the practice nurse. The nurse will ask a number of questions relating to your health and any medication that you may be taking. The nurse will also give you a health check. This is very important as it helps the doctor to provide you with the appropriate medical care whilst awaiting your full medical records to follow.
